Teagan C. Mullen

Teagan Christopher Mullen of Holbrook, MA was only 21 when he passed away suddenly the morning of August 31, 2018.

Teagan was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Christopher Mullen and Noreen Seelye on the 20th of February 1997. Teagan worked side by side at Buffalo Wild Wings with his siblings Anastasia and Matthew. Teagan's work ethic was unmatched, with goals of becoming a training manager. He had an endless love for music. From a young age, if you saw Teagan, then you saw him with his headphones around his neck and that never changed. He began to write his own lyrics. In his own words he was writing his music to help others in similar situations. Teagan had such a big heart and valued each person he met along his journey. Teagan and his business partner Brandon had dreams and goals for an empire, a life they would make for themselves with their own hands, beginning with their shed.

Teagan is preceeded in death by his step mother Amanda Mullen and survived by his step father David Seelye, his sisters Tiana and Anastasia Mullen, Tyla and Caelyn Seelye, his brothers Jason Seelye, Matthew and Connie Mullen and Brandon Sherrick, his nephew Brayden Roche, his grandparents Anthony and Eileen Allen and Jo Anne Pollock, as well as countless other cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends who he enjoyed every day with.

Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Homes 127 So. Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Holbrook from 4-7pm on Thursday, September 6th followed by a service at 7pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Celebration of Life to follow at the Connection Café, 40 Union St., Holbrook, immediately after services. All our welcome to come and share their memories of Teagan and celebrate just as Teagan loved to do each and everyday.

I wasn’t close to you Teagan and only worked with you for a short amount of time. All I can think about is that big smile on your face on the other side of the kitchen. My strength is with your family and they are in my thoughts along with you.

Dear Noreen and all family, closest friends;

There are so few words to express pain and sorrow. As uneasy and perhaps awkward as it may feel, one can celebrate the beauty that Teagan shared with you. A person may no longer be present in body form, but their spirit can be alive within those who wish to honor him.
Although I did not know Teagan personally, I am absolutely certian in knowing his mother Noreen for several years, that his soul was as sweet as hers. May you rest in peace Teagan and may my words bring some comfort to those in need of kindness.
Love Always Wins,
Bryan Nilson

Teagan,
I knew you for a short time, but you will always be remembered. Sitting at 111 laughter filling the air. I was jealous, that you got to work with your sister. Because I missed my brothers. I secretly seen parts of them in you. I am thankful for the conversation. I will see you as a brother forever in my mind. Every time I seen you I could help but smile, youre good people. Honest and real. My biggest regret is that I didn’t notice.. your pain or your hurt! Because right now we all would take it for you! Just to hear you laugh or say I love you but never wanting to say goodbye.

To the parents of Teagan
I am so sorry! I am praying for you and your family. I hope that you can find some peace.

To Anastasia
You are so strong and truly amazing. I wish I could be there with you to celebrate the life of your brother!! I could never imagine the pain that you’re feeling! And I would do anything to take your sorrows away just so that you could find a moment to breath. There’s no words that I could use That could adequately describe my condolences for you! The thought of losing my brother petrify’s me! You’re living my worst nightmare and I would take that for you!! You shouldn’t have to go through this. Know right now that you are not alone. I am praying for you and am here always. Call me, text me, cry with me! You are loved. I am sorry.

There are no words to express the sadness and loss I feel. I will never say, "T, how long on wings? It hurts so very much.
What I do know... is I feel his presence. The world has lost a kind soul but his spirit lives on in us.

I don't know what happened but I remember Teagan was one of the first people I met when I moved to Milton back in elementary school. He was friends with my neighbors at the time. He was always very respectful and a good guy. I was still friends with him but lost touch after middle school when we didn't go to the same high school. When I heard what happened I was immediately heartbroken. I'll definitely miss him but I hope he's at peace.
