Michael was a light at every family gathering. He was funny, sweet and so caring. I will remember all the good times we shared, it is how Michael would want it.
Rest in peace, beloved cousin

I've never read an obituary that was more true. As a best friend of Austin, Mike was like a second father to me. He was very caring and helpful to even a complete stranger. Mike has done so much for me in the past, like nringing me to Taunton to get my driver's license years back, to helping me when I was stuck without a ride to school or work. As far as many other things. Mike and Austin are both considered close family to me, and Mike was(and still is) a second father to me. It's sad that he is no longer with us. A piece of me is gone with him. Rest In Peace to one of the greatest people I've ever met.

Mike as I always referred to him as was a very special guy to me. We had our share of bad times, but the good times far out weighed them. I take comfort in knowing he is finally at peace. I will NEVER FORGET him. God Bless you.

Godspeed Michael. I will miss seeing you around the neighborhood. That mischievous grin of yours that only you could wear. Such a brat growing up and then you were playing hockey with my daughter. And then I just saw you....and then....

May beautiful blessings be upon your soul Michael 💕

My uncle Mike was always making jokes and trying to make people laugh. I often called him a goofball because he didn't care how silly he acted and he would just play with all of us kids and we would have the greatest time. I'm going to miss him so much!!

Michael, I don't know what to say, how to explain . . . for 30 years our paths crossed over and over again but we never met, then we did. I was always happy to see your car in the driveway when I came home - remember, I told you. You made a practical girl enjoy the spice of life, I made you wear boat shoes instead of sneakers. We fit. Then, we didn't. Now, I wonder if somehow our paths will cross again. Missing you. Love You. Lisa

We stood by your bedside
all holding hands full of tears...
We held your hands
and stroked your hair
watching you lay there...
without a smile or a laugh in sight
this was to be your last fight.
We all talked about your good times
for us they will never fade
we wanted you to feel the love
as we love you more each day.
We watched your every breath
and prayed it wasn't the last...
the time we got to share together
went way too fast.
We wanted you to wake up and crack a funny joke
please Michael not your last
this all must be a joke!
As your last breath drew closer
our hearts were sinking deeper
we were there by your side
holding hands
full of tears
this was our last good bye.
Then there it was
your final breath
We did not want to believe it...
we had to understand you were now at rest
up high in the sky shining your best
with no more suffering any more
you were starting the life of the brightest star
we held your hands and squeezed you tight
it was time for us to say good night
All our hearts could do was cry
we will miss you Michael so so much
one by one we leaned over you
and kissed our final time
saying our final good bye
was the hardest thing to do
but this was the time to say
Michael our dear brother good night
sleep tight we love you
always and forever in our hearts
always and forever we love you so much
sleep tight now our precious brother
you will be missed more than ever
your loving warm smile and cheeky little laugh
we remain with us and be a part of our lives
shine brightly every night
good night God bless
your will always be the best!
