Lucia Z. (Bissanti) DiTullio
Lucia Z. “Lucy†(Bissanti) DiTullio, of Avon, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 10, 2016 at the age of 78. Born in Woonsocket, RI, Lucy was raised and educated in Quincy, graduating from Quincy High School in 1956. She worked at Avon Pharmacy for many years. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed knitting, cooking, baking, crafts, and playing cards.
Beloved wife of Robert DiTullio. Loving mother of Michele DiTullio-Welch and her fiancé John Corti of Easton, Robert DiTullio and his wife Elizabeth of Plymouth, and Darren DiTullio and his wife Lori of Norwood. Devoted sister of Michael Bissanti of Weymouth and the late Gerry Moran. Dear grandmother of Kristin, Brendan, Nicholas, Matthew, Kendra, John, Madison, and Zachary, and great-grandmother of James Michael. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Friday, October 14th at 9:15am followed by a funeral mass at St. Michael’s Church in Avon at 10am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday, October 13th from 4-8pm. Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery, Avon.
