Gerard 'Gerry' Crimmins

Gerard (Gerry) Crimmins, of Randolph, died peacefully in his sleep on February 4, 2024. Gerry, son of the late George and Clara (Creutz), will rejoice when he is reunited with the love of his life, M. Frances Crimmins, who left us in 2009. From a large Randolph family, Gerry had a love of gardening, sharing the fruits (or vegetables in this case) of his labor with friends and neighbors. Generous and kind, quick to help someone in need, Gerry will be missed by many. He was especially proud of his sobriety of almost 24 years and was appreciative of the friendships he made through his AA group. His neighbors will miss backyard visits, "union breaks", Gerry’s cheesecakes and making fantasy football picks with him. Gerry, who had a lengthy battle with health issues, is free of his wheelchair and undoubtedly gardening with his brother Paul and sharing his iced tea with Twiggy, aka Mr. Twigs. Gerry was the brother of Mary and Peter Crimmins, and the late Michael, Anne, Paul, and Claire Crimmins. He is also survived by his nephews Joe and Shane.

Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Saturday, March 2nd from 10-11am followed by a graveside service at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
