My dearest Joanie. I wish I could tell you all the wonderful things you did for me over the years and how lucky I have always felt to be your goddaughter. You were like a second Mom to me when I really needed someone, and for that I will always be grateful. I remember being the flower girl in your wedding, writing you a thank you note when you had Michael on my birthday, taking me on adventures with you and your family, and always being a shining light. Losing you is a tough one. You'll be forever in my heart. Give a big kiss to my Dan for me. I know where you are is beautiful and peaceful. May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand. See you again someday. Terry xo
